Ingredients
Salmon filets
White wine
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Dried Dill
Butter
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the fresh or frozen salmon filet in tinfoil on a cookie sheet. Drizzle about a glass of white wine and 2 to 3 tablespoons of lemon juice on top. Sprinkle the fillets with salt, pepper and dried dill (use the dill liberally).
Cut up the butter into small pats and cover the top of the fish with the pats. Close the tinfoil by crimping the top of the foil to cover the fish.
Bake the fillets in the oven until they are cooked. This usually takes around 30 minutes, but could take less time if you use fresh salmon. Just keep checking so as not to overcook the fish.
