Creative Services Associate:

Xenophon Strategies is searching for a full-time, salaried Creative Services Associate in our Washington, D.C. office to provide services in support of public relations and public affairs campaigns. The associate will be responsible for the production of a range of multimedia creative projects including graphic and digital design, creating basic web products such as Facebook pages or temporary websites, and production of web videos. Successful candidates will have 1 to 3 years of experience, a creative design background and a driven attitude. Formal design training and education is a plus. A demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar products, as well as presentation software such as PowerPoint, Prezi and Keynote is a requirement. Experience with digital languages, such as XHTML, CSS or JavaScript and an impressive portfolio of work in WordPress, Drupal or similar web frameworks is also a requirement. Experience with CMS platforms is a plus. Ability to create high-quality web videos will be essential. Internship

This position supports client account teams by conducting media monitoring and research, and producing press materials and media lists. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong writing and critical thinking skills and possess a fundamental understanding of the media. Past internship experience a plus.
