Xenophon is the agency of record for Airbus Americas and has provided a range of communications services to the aircraft manufacturer since 2001. These services include an audit of the company’s crisis response capabilities and crisis support in the aftermath of the American Airlines Flight 587 crash following takeoff from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport in November 2001. Xenophon provided assistance to Airbus in a variety of capacities during the three-year investigation cycle, including on-site crisis support, media monitoring and analysis, reputation management, technical expertise, and preparation and support for the NTSB public hearing and Board meeting.
“The last time we worked together, Xenophon helped produce a strategic plan that ultimately transformed a bankrupt technology company with a stock option probe into a successful $2.1 billion acquisition.”
