Xenophon provides government relations and strategic policy guidance to the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) - a national transportation construction trade association representing the concrete pavement industry.
Xenophon advocates on behalf of the ACPA and its members before Congress, the Federal Highway Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Xenophon works to secure adoption and implementation of federal legislation and regulatory actions that increase investment in the nation's road and highway infrastructure and federal pavement research programs, create greater efficiencies in the delivery of airport and highway projects, and advance the interests of the concrete paving industry.
