ATA Fuel Committee

The ATA Fuel Committee, comprising the heads of the fuel departments at major U.S. airlines, commissioned Xenophon to build and maintain a crisis communications infrastructure for nearly 40 airport fueling facilities. Xenophon handled the development and coordination of crisis plans, dark Web sites, emergency response exercises and outreach efforts. The program was highly effective, having been implemented to address fuel supply issues, pipeline ruptures, bomb threats and other incidents. It created an effective mechanism for communicating information to those involved in fueling operations, as well as to journalists and the public.
