
Xenophon provided media training services and crisis response counsel to Macy's West, a division of Federated Department Stores that managed more than 100 Macy's department stores west of the Mississippi River. In addition to working with key store managers, Xenophon prepared an issues management overview for the company to assist with its crisis communications response capabilities.
