
Xenophon conducted an audit of the crisis response infrastructure at Midwest Airlines that included a review of the company’s crisis communications plan and emergency response manual. Xenophon produced a written assessment of its findings and proceeded with implementation of its recommendations, including a complete revision of the crisis communications plan and a training session. Xenophon subsequently provided Midwest with an analysis of the airline’s relationship with its codeshare partners, recommending the development of communications linkages.
