Who We Are Affiliates and Partners

Advanced Software Systems, Incorporated (Assyst), a CMMI Level III Information Technology (IT) corporation headquartered in McLean, Va., partners with Xenophon Strategies to assist clients in achieving their IT custom objectives. Assyst provides strategic IT consulting, managed infrastructure and application support services to both public and private sector clients, including: the United States Army, The United States Postal Service, The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Boeing, Fannie Mae, Nextel Communications, Wells Fargo and The World Bank. Assyst facilitates the alignment of client IT objectives with overall business strategies by using a combination of well-defined processes and best practices to build adaptive enterprises that respond quickly to client needs, allowing them to focus on their primary business objectives.
In addition to providing a full range of IT consulting services, Assyst has also developed the electronic Message Alert System (eMAS). The eMAS system provides instant communication to large groups of pre-determined people with a single key stroke. This device, carrier and geography independent, allows even remote subscribers the ability to receive pertinent information, especially in times of crisis.
Arguably all aspects of security have attained eminent importance since 9/11, but traditional public safety systems are often not intended for alerting the public or can become inherently costly. Additionally, many rely on other systems to handle message and registration administration. e-MAS addresses these shortcomings by utilizing public networks and widely available technologies to deliver electronic alerts. A single deployment can reside in existing Internet servers, email servers, and database servers without jeopardizing network performance. In fact, e-MAS requires minimal infrastructure investment compared to older systems. It can be installed in existing equipment and users can elect to receive messages on one or multiple devices of their choice. It has been specifically designed to handle a large subscription base demanding a significant volume of message broadcasting.
eMAS instant alerts can target specific groups via cell phone, e-mail, pager and web page automatically from a single point user interface. This cost-effective electronic notification system has the capacity to reach any user, anytime, anyplace, anyhow. The system is a unifying vehicle for alerting individuals, groups or the general public of situations deemed critical.
