Edmund Graber Associates represents a wide variety of clients before the U.S. Congress, the Executive Branch and state and local governments. Xenophon Strategies and Edmund Graber Associates work together on behalf of several clients, offering strategic counsel and government affairs services.
Ed Graber founded his consulting practice in 1993 after serving for 12 years as the lead public works lobbyist for the Associated General Contractors of America.
Mr. Graber provides legislative counsel and strategic advice designed to further public policy goals on behalf of the American Concrete Pavement Association, the American Road and Transportation Builders Association, Dredging Contractors of America, the National Utility Contractors Association and the Optical Society of America.
Through his work for Santa Rosa County, Fla, Mr. Graber assists and advises local community leaders as they work to meet the area's growth challenges. He represents Safety Messenger, Inc. in its efforts to secure federal approval and funding for an evolving highway safety device technology, and the Crestview Aerospace Corporation in procuring funding for military aircraft modifications.
Mr. Graber has represented Crestview for the past several years in Washington. Crestview is a multimillion dollar defense-related subcontractor providing support to such companies as Boeing, Lockheed, Bell and L3 in the areas of aircraft modifications and aircraft structures manufacturing. Mr. Graber's role for Crestview has focused on maintaining support for its mission in Washington and among the Florida and Alabama congressional delegations; and, procuring yearly funding for various programs.
Mr. Graber also serves the public policy needs of the Illinois Public Transit Association and assists the communities of Bettendorf, Iowa, Middletown, Md., and Moline, Ill., to identify transportation and related funding needs.
