In 2021, Xenophon joined GEM’s founding partners—cometis AG and Kohorten, along with Currie Communications in Australia—in this effort to ensure that comprehensive ESG data is publicly provided for investors, customers, employees, and all stakeholders throughout a company’s value chain. Today, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors are not just components of a company; they actively shape them.
The Global ESG Monitor (GEM) is a German-based think tank committed to setting standards and identifying best practices in sustainability reporting. Their mission is to assist companies in refining their reporting processes, thereby improving overall sustainability initiatives. The GEM equips business leaders to effectively address the risks, opportunities, and consequences of their decisions.
