Company Culture

At Xenophon Strategies, it’s truly important that people enjoy waking up and coming to work every morning. This concept alone helps foster a healthy work environment for Xenophon employees, who are not only colleagues, but friends, and share their lives with one another. As we work together, Xenophon prides itself on maintaining a culture that is open and welcoming, serious when needed, and gives all staff an opportunity to be innovative and share ideas as they work for a variety of clients. For us, this means everything from junior staff regularly contributing in client meetings to eating lunch together and talking about our interests outside the office to all hands on deck crisis communications work to attending baseball games as fans of the Washington Nationals.
