Account Coordinator, Public Relations
Xenophon Strategies, one of the nation’s leading crisis communications and issues management PR firms, is hiring an entry-level, talented account coordinator to provide day-to-day account support for a select number of agency clients. While Xenophon has a hybrid workplace (remote and in-person), our downtown Washington, D.C. headquarters offers a collaborative atmosphere for on-site workers.
The account coordinator will be responsible for writing various communications materials, implementing social media strategies, supporting public affairs campaigns, ESG/Sustainability engagement, and conducting research. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, skilled multitasker, results-driven, and a can-do team player with excellent oral and written communications skills.
Successful candidates should have public relations experience through an internship and display interest in proactive media relations strategies and tactics, and digital communications/social media strategies and tactics. Experience on Capitol Hill or at an agency is preferred.

Senior Associate, Public Relations
Xenophon Strategies is searching for a public relations Senior Associate in our Washington, D.C., office to provide day-to-day account support to several of our clients. Responsibilities include media pitching, writing media materials, social media engagement and conducting research. Successful candidates must have 3 to 5 years of direct media relations experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines. Experience on Capitol Hill or at an agency is preferred.
