At the time of writing this (May 25), just under 40% of the U.S. population was fully vaccinated from COVID-19. That’s not quite where we need to be in order to get the coronavirus under wraps and allow people to return to normal activities, such as travel, safely.
A reporter for a major national news outlet recently declined a PR pitch with “Sorry. We’re all COVID, all the time.”
COVID-19 cases are growing in certain regions, resulting in numerous changes in health parameters for states and countries across the globe. New cases are boosted by strains of the virus that are reported to be more contagious.
